2025 SPE THERMOFORMING CONFERENCE SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

The 30th Anniversary SPE Thermoforming Conference will be held in Atlanta, Georgia. The exhibits, educational sessions, workshops, parts competition, and student RC car race will be held at Cobb Galleria Centre. The Thermoforming Awards Dinner will be held at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel.

Sponsors select booth space locations based on their years of participation as conference sponsors.

Exhibitor booth space selection is conducted on a first come, first serve basis.

Sponsors receive:

• A premier booth space location:  front and center in the exhibition hall
• All exhibitor booth inclusions listed below
• Special recognition during the Thermoforming Awards Dinner
• Your company logo and a link to your website on the conference website
• Your company logo in pre-conference emails
• Your company logo placed on conference signage
• Your company logo in keynote and technical session rooms

Each 10’x10’ exhibitor booth includes:

• 100 square feet of exhibition space
• Standard show color booth carpeting and garbage can
• A standard company ID sign
• 3’ side rail and 8’ rear rail pipe and drape
• One standard listing in the conference mobile app and conference insert
• One (1) full conference registration with each paid 10’x10’ booth space

Each tabletop includes:

• One 8’x30” draped table and carpeting
• A standard company ID sign and one standard 110v electrical outlet
• Locations will be assigned by show management, one per company
• One listing in the conference mobile app and conference insert
• One (1) full conference registration
